kelantan international travel exhibition 2012

i know its a bit late to make a post about KITE 2012 which is happening now until 29th january 2012, but i hope it is still not too late.

was there a few times visiting friends who have booths for the 11-day event. i hope there are doing fine and make money. i can see there are a lot of empty booths there. obviously it is not as successful as KELCHEFF 2011 or the yearly event CHENG HO but it is still interesting to go.

why u may ask? well i have a few reasons and im sure you have your own.
01. you can find lotsa halal foods from china, uzbekistan, palestine, pattani, yala
02. it is an international event in kelantan
03. ample seating if u think like having ur meal there
04. easy parking
05. close-by to Chantique Villa, Kelantan Trade Center abt 5-min walk
06. interesting cultural shows

a life that is one of a kind - bandong 2011

i will be in bandung soon. very soon in fact. and im not ready for the trip. hmmmppphh not "not ready" but i hef no interest of going there. alone. so instead of aborting the initial plan, i improvised it. the trip was shortened from 24th - 27th september to 25th - 26th september 2011.

i was wondering what am i gona do in that 24hours. shopping? no. flying? not really. eating? well maybe. sightseeing? a bit. then it struck my mind that i should write. "bandong in 24hours" is the title. all the things i dun wana do, i'll probably do it. because when i put it up together, it make up an experience. an experience one of a kind.

so bandong, r u ready? bapak fros is coming to town!

che som's residence - your home in kelantan

hai assalamualaikum wbt to all.

i am so excited for being given the opportunity to manage Che Som Residence. A very brief history of Che Som's Residence as I'm leaving to my religious class after this.

Okay, Che Som's Residence is the place I partly grew up since I was 12 yo mcm tue. With my granny off course. I left the house shortly after I finished my SPM in 2000. The house has had many guests whether own family members and great friends to our family. No one has ever complained about my grandmother hospitality towards her guests.

This time, allow me on behalf of the family members to welcome you and experience living in kelantan like a true kelantanese. imagine, going back to your home in a city away from your home. or how about going to the mosque which is about few steps away from the main entrance? or better yet, join the community having collek after your terawih prayers.

fros salleh & dayang digital

we are always excited to entertain our visitors whether they are here for holidays or work. well this time dayang digital crew were in kelantan for 3 days and 2 nights for a shooting. a documentary on malays seafaring ability wayyy back when.

we had fun joining them visiting places we had never been before, like the aborigines village somewhere on the way to gua musang.

we learned a lot about orang asli and also made new contacts from husm, jabatan hal ehwal orang asli, orang asli themselves and off course, dayang digital!
